DIRT BIKE BOOT CAMP
OFF-ROAD RIDER BOOT CAMPS
"Where the adventure begins...and for some, a lifetime of adventure"
One-day schools are usually a mix of:
(1) experienced riders (street bikes, adventure bikes, dirt bikes as a kid, 4-wheelers, off-road riders that want to learn dirt bike basics, etc.)
(2) some experience (ridden a street bike some, dirt bike as a kid, etc.) and
(3) no experience (never been on a dirt bike).
We use multiple coaches to divide students into separate groups for instruction....we get everyone on the same page with morning drills and then go have some fun on trail rides, on the two beginner MX tracks; we'll also do small easy jumps, and corners. And yes, we will ride the expert MX track (but no big air jumping--that's lesson number two)
TAKE THIS SCHOOL BEFORE YOU BUY A NEW BIKE!
You will have the opportunity to try other bikes and/or get advice on bikes from the instructors
Primitive camping is available (no charge)
Both parents must sign Minor Waiver Form for children under 18 years of age. PLEASE BRING OR SEND BOTH FORMS.
Forms and applications are on the Forms Page):
No payments are due prior to the school, but we need a credit card to hold your spot.
You must call to reserve your school and also so that we can get some information on the student(s). Please no emails or texts when you are ready to reserve your spot.
If you provide your own gear (we have gear) we require that students have helmets, sturdy boots (with ankle protection),and eye protection. We recommend light weight gloves and elbow and knee protection. Crashes are actually rare during the schools--but plan accordingly.
We have motorcycle dirt bike gear available for rental or purchase.
One-day schools, and coaching sessions are available any day of the week. Most two-day schools are Saturday and Sunday.
Dirt Bike Boot Camps are one- and two-day (or more) dirt bike training sessions designed to help beginner riders or motorcycle riders with no dirt bike experience learn to ride dirt bikes properly. Off-road Rider Boot Camps are training sessions for the experienced off-road rider (sorry, no beginners for these classes)
